Mesh size
A mesh is a barrier which is made of connected strands of metal, fiber, or other flexible or ductile materials. In the purification industry the mesh size or mesh scale is a measurement of particle size that is often used to determine the particle-size distribution of a granular materials. The below tool can be used for recalculating the sieve size to for example US mesh or Tyler mesh.
